Summer Worship
During the summer, one service of worship is held at 9:30 a.m. The summer schedule begins on the first or second Sunday in June with the annual outdoor service on the Glebe. This casual celebration of our Christian faith, community, and communion is held in the spring beauty of the church garden. Two services begin in September after the Festival of Ministries.
Summer services are followed by Mid-Morning Matters, during which discussions are held on a variety of topics of interest to the church and the surrounding community.
CHILDCARE is provided during the summer to enable parents to sing in the Summer Choir and/or attend Mid Morning Matters! Children from birth to age 3 will be cared for in the nursery; older children may play in the Storytime room (252) during Summer Choir rehearsal before and Mid Morning Matters after the service.
