The Staff Personnel and Administration Ministry (SPAM) provide support to the Head of Staff/Senior Pastor in his role as leader of the church’s program and administrative staff.

SPAM also acts as the liaison between all members of the FPC staff and the Session to communicate any issues or problems that might arise.

They help with the staffing and leadership needs of the church and are actively engaged in the process of securing staff replacements.

SPAM lends support to the church’s Business Administrator and Facilities Administrator in their oversight of the day-to-day operations of FPC, provide annual reviews, recommend compensation reviews for the yearly budget, and coordinates the FPC money-baggers.
